Sadsad sa Kalye

When: January 19 Where: Janiuay, Iloilo, Philippines “Sadsad” is a native word which means dance and “Kalye” means streets. It is a street-dancing affair which expresses or presents the beliefs, views, visions and aspirations of the Janiuaynons base on traditions, historical experiences, and culture.

Fireworks Display and Contest

When: January 16 Where: Arevalo, Iloilo City, Philippines Fiesta of Arevalo highlight. Arevalo is known when it comes to creating fireworks, and during December, you would see vendors on the streets selling all kinds of fireworks, mostly created by the local folks.

Binanog Festival

When: January 10 to 16 Where: Lambunao, Iloilo, Philippines Binanog means a pool of dance by the people in hinterland of Lambunao.
